Our canapé menus are substantial and designed to keep up with the night. Think lobster rolls, crispy fish sliders, beef and pulled pork sliders, along with a rotating selection of coastal-inspired options that keep moving throughout the event.
Our cocktails lean tropical and made for beachside drinking, piña coladas, caipirinhas, mojitos, margaritas and more. Fresh, vibrant and designed to keep the energy up as the night builds.
Menus are flexible and tailored to your event, with options to suit all dietary requirements so everyone is catered for, alongside wine, beer and non-alcoholic options available throughout.

Cook at Kurnell accommodates up to 200 guests for canapé-style functions, making it ideal for social, high-energy events.
The venue suits milestone birthdays, engagement parties, hens celebrations, corporate functions, brand and product launches, and private events of all kinds.
Flexible in format, the space can be fully catered with our food and beverage packages or offered as a dry hire for a more customised setup.
